Ms. Love has over 25 years of experience in urban planning, community visioning neighborhood and redevelopment plans; transportation planning; and land development regulations and comprehensive plans. Her expertise also includes impact fee and mobility fee administration and development. Ms. Love has mastered capital improvement programming, affordable housing development and advocacy and the preparation of socio-cultural impact analysis. She is proficient in environmental impact planning and mitigation, floodplain management and mitigation and grant writing. Ms. Love has extensive knowledge of the requirements of Florida’s Growth Management Act, including development in an Area of Critical State Concern. She specializes in public involvement and project management. Ms. Love has served as Project Manager for a wide variety of planning activities, both large and small, throughout Florida.

ADMINISTRATION

Bob Cambric specializes in governmental affairs, public policy, growth management, community redevelopment, mediation, facilitation, and consensus-building. Mr. Cambric holds a Master’s of Science in Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The Florida State University. He has over 25 years of urban planning and implementation experience. Mr. Cambric has served as the Director of Policy and Planning for the South Florida Regional Planning Council, Intergovernmental Resources Coordinator for the Florida Department of Community Affairs, Assistant Director of the Apalachee Regional Planning Council, and a private sector consultant.

Mr. Rodriguez has more 40 years of experience in transportation and traffic engineering including work as a graduate research engineer at the University of Maryland. Mr. Rodriguez has directed and actively participated in numerous and wide-ranging transportation studies and projects for both the public and private sectors.

PLANNING

Mr. Wenning has gained valuable experience working with developers, consultants and governmental agencies in the fields of planning, environmental, landscaping, permitting, development approval, project management, site/master plan design, and community charrettes/visioning. Mr. Wenning’s full range of experience includes, rezoning, land use plan amendments, environmental site assessments (ESA’s), endangered & threatened species surveys/relocations, monitoring, and mitigation. He also has extensive experience in project coordination, administration of development review process, computer aided design (CAD), geographic information systems (GIS), due diligence, and marine surveying/mapping/ photography.

PLANNING

Mr. Benmoshé has an eclectic assortment of interdisciplinary experience gained from his work with developers, consultants, and governmental agencies over the past four years in the fields of architectural and urban designing, planning, and community development. Mr. Benmoshé’s full range of planning experience includes assisting in the review of development proposals and site plans for conformance with codes, plans, and regulations as well as assisting in the evaluation of rezoning, ordinance amendments, site plans, special use permits, variances and other proposals. His experience also includes conducting field evaluations and assessments, participating in community design charrettes, reviewing zoning permit applications and city code of ordinances. Mr. Benmoshé has previously worked on small and large scale projects such as the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport expansion, several government and military buildings, master planning, educational, parking structures, religious centers, and sports facilities.

PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT

Mr. Fulwood has over 16 years of professional experience in traffic engineering, transportation planning, and logistics management. He has worked with the federal government, state government, as well as the private sector, including a national transportation corporation. Mr. Fulwood has also performed comprehensive contract traffic engineering services for several local South Florida municipalities. He is proficient in Synchro (SimTraffic), HCS, the entire Microsoft Office package, and TIPS (Trip Generation, Internal Capture and Pass by Software). Mr. Fulwood’s traffic engineering experience includes traffic impact analysis, traffic counts, crash history, traffic simulation modeling, level of service evaluations, title and registration evaluations for the State of Texas and local municipalities throughout Texas and Florida. He has also participated in the development, implementation, and evaluation of traffic safety studies and citywide traffic calming programs.

PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT

Ms. Wruszak is a bilingual (English/Polish) graphic artist with over 8 years of varied experience. She is knowledgeable in graphic software, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and QuarkXPress. She is skilled in page layout, logo design, color manipulation, photo restoration, digital photography/digital work fl ow, and prepress production. Ms. Wruszak also works with programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.

Her bring a valuable perspective to the Keith and Schnars Landscape Architecture Division, where she has worked on and managed a wide range of projects that include site assessment, complex design, production of final construction documents, post-design revisions and site inspections; as well as, master planning and public presentations.
